• In case of cancellation within 24 hours, we are unfortunately unable to offer a new appointment within 2 weeks. Please book your appointments accordingly.

• Appointment modifications can be made via email, phone, or SMS.

• A maximum delay of 10 minutes is allowed.

• After 10 minutes of delay, we may need to shorten your treatment (by skipping certain areas) in order to stay on schedule for the next guest.

• Please arrive on time and, if possible, without a companion.

• Please shave according to the agreed instructions provided after your previous treatment.
